Perhaps even more excitingly, the Kona also offers an advanced Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist system. By using the vehicle's front-end camera and radar, this program can detect imminent danger or potential collisions. When a problem is noted, the system can autonomously apply the vehicle's brakes in an effort to minimize the damage or avoid the collision altogether.
